Penobscot Bay has been a tourist destination for more than 150 years. This campus-wide exhibit explores changes in recreation, transportation, lodging, demographics, and the social milieu of tourism through recreated hotel and guest house environments, vintage photography, paintings, old advertising and marketing materials, steamship memorabilia, postcards, antique sporting goods, clothing, boats, and other artifacts.
